Nerdtacular

newoff.jpg

Well, After a few months of indecisiveness, I finally decided to move my office back home. I'm super excited about it because I can finally network all of my computers, and organize my life a whole lot easier. Basically by posting this, I am aware that I am exposing the world to my nerdness. {begin geekfest} I am also aware that 4 computers is enough to choke a horse (i don't know what that means). But, you know what, I still want one more. As soon as apple gets in gear and announces the 8 core mac pro, My little setup will be complete. What is seen here is my workhorse/playground computer on the right (this is where I spend most of my life (and yes, i am probably one of the only two people on earth who actually likes vista a lot)). Just to the left is my macbook pro for travelling presentation and album design. Even more leftish, is my printer server/ shipping station. Below the desk resides a very large network harddrive for all of my computers to share. I'm closing in on 5 terabytes of storage. Yes, I save everything. I took all of my pictures off the wall so that I may throw up one or two monster sized prints (60×60ish?) I'm still waiting for apple to ship the apple tv too. It'll be amazing when I can access my network and wirelessly present high definition slideshows in the living room. {/end geekfest} Anyways, it's good to be back home and the cats are super happy. BTW. Jeff from prodpi somehow managed take over the controls of my computer over the internet to help me get everything working. It was the coolest thing I have ever seen. And by that, I mean, I'm suprised I have friends.

Cameron & Anna

1.jpg

Meet Cameron & Anna.  Cameron is one of my photography heroes and Anna is my book keeping hero (who keeps my books).  In just under three weeks they will become " The Ingalls".  They will then have little hybrid photographer/bookkeeper babies who will take photos of checks and what not.  I get the incredible honor of documenting the amazing event.  In my eyes, Cameron has set the "falling in love with a moment" bar pretty high, so no pressure on me to deliver the goods :sarcasm:.  We had a super fun session of shooting and trespassing.  We even busted out the lights for a couple of AD style photos, too much fun.  They were fortunate enough to be treated to my golden/angelic singing voice during the shoot.  I know, I know, I sound like the voice of heaven... Talk to my manager about autographs.  Go HERE  to show cameron the love!

Kendall & Rachel - Chapel Hill

kr1.jpg

I have always wanted to shoot a wedding at Chapel Hill. Kendall & Rachel gave finally gave me that opportunity. Hidding in the beautiful wine country of California's central coast, this Chapel is a true gem. Kendall & Rachel are amazing; They are opposite sex versions of each other. It is the strangest, yet most perfect combination. The day was perfect from start to finish. Beautiful people + beautiful weather = 100% pure awesome. Outdoors we were under the bluest skys I have seen and the inside was soaked with a deep red from the stained glass. Color was everywhere. It was one of those weddings where I had so much fun I never once felt tired. The incredible ceremony was capped off by a fun night of dining and dancing at the Martin-Weyrich winery in Paso Robles. I was pulled on to the dance floor numerous times to exhibit my superstar dance skills (a site to behold). AWESOME!
